The Presidential are designed for those seeking the highest level of comfort, privacy and unparalleled views. With capacity for up to 6 people, they have 3 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds and 3 full bathrooms, all of them incorporated in each room and larger in size.

These villas stand out for offering the most spacious rooms of the entire complex, as well as a larger outdoor area, ideal for relaxing outdoors. They enjoy a private back garden and the best views of Maspalomas and the golf course.

They feature a modern and elegant design, with a private pool and all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay. They are distributed on one floor, although access requires going up one floor.

We have only 2 units available, both facing south.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. onwards. You will receive a video with instructions for key collection. Upon arrival, please provide your passport information and the address of your usual residence for the invoice.

Check-out: Before 11:00 am. If you require a late check-out, please notify us upon arrival (subject to availability). Leave keys on the kitchen table and turn off all devices. Trash should be placed in the appropriate containers.
