The Premium Classics are ideal for those looking for a balance between luxury and functionality. Distributed on a single floor with street level access (except for two of them), they offer 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with two single beds, plus 2 full bathrooms and an additional toilet, creating a cozy and elegant atmosphere.

These villas stand out for their larger outdoor space, with gardens and open areas at the rear, and exceptional views of Maspalomas beach and Roque Nublo. Of the 4 units available, 3 are south facing, and 1 has privileged views of Roque Nublo. Undoubtedly, the extra price is worth it.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. onwards. You will receive a video with instructions for key collection. Upon arrival, please provide your passport information and the address of your usual residence for the bill.

Check-out: Before 11:00 am. If you require a late check-out, please notify us upon arrival (subject to availability). Leave keys on the kitchen table and turn off all devices. Trash should be placed in the appropriate containers.
